make sure you take your lingerie off from the lingerie tab. Other than that, not sure - try making a new game to see if it's a game save problem.

Go to setting in main menu, in the general tab at the bottom, make sure you have nudity checked.

yep it's checked. i try to check on and off, underwear on and off but not working.

Here the same. Since some time (maybe one or two updates) the nudity mod is gone again.
Maybe another government ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for some countries?

Nudity switch is in the options now where it belongs and not in the mod manager, where it really didn't fit. Once you have nudity enabled in options, go to lingerie tab in your inventory and take lingerie off. There is no special lingerie unequip button, in order to take lingerie items off, click on exact pieces that are already equipped.

You are right. Interesting bug. After they removed the mod I didn't touch the activated menu option. The ingame buttons to remove the lingerie were not working.
After your reply I unchecked and rechecked the menu option and the ingame buttons work again.

try to reinstall the game, now you don't need to download additional mod for that
