& you know what's going on in Ukraine.
I don't know If is true or not, many people says random things
If is true makes sense
Devs were said (before the "conflict" started) to be russian-speaking Ukrainian, living and working in Hong-Kong. Then they were said to be russians, then they were said to be chinese and then people started saying they got in the army without ever specifying on which side or if this was done willingly or not.
I have come to the conclusion that nobody actually knows anything relevant about them and we will probably never know.
No matter which 'scenario' is the true one, or for whatever reasons developpement has stopped progressing.
The most probable outcome is the same : this game is never going to be further developped by those guys.

She Will Punish Them | Recent News
Hello punishers,
We know it's been a while since our last update, that's why we have decided that it's time to share what was going on finally.
We have two news, one bad one and one good one. The bad news is that our company is bankrupted due to COVID and quarantine. And we were not able to push the updates on time. The entire team was dismissed and was not able to keep developing the game.
But the good one is that we finally gathered a new team and we will continue the development! there are only a few of us, but we love this game and we want to bring it to the complete release eventually. We will do our best to keep the pace of the updates.
Here is what we are going to do:
-graphics overhaul
-new levels
-new weapons
-new enemies
-fix bugs
-combat more bloody
After that, we will work on the rest of the features that are listed on the roadmap.
We stopped the collaboration with our publisher and we have our updated social media list:

We wish for everyone to stay strong during such a challenging year. And we are hoping for your support and understanding as you are a big part of the motivation that keeps us moving forward.
I'm sorry, but this game is dead, and will never be finished. It was in EA for WAAAAY longer than originally intended, they never even got close to their original roadmap, they purged the original site of a lot of the content it had BEFORE it went into EA likely in hopes they wouldn't be caught, and even then they overhauled the game for no real reason.
They also had been working on another project that used a lot of the same assets down to even the character's combat sounds.
I've been following the project since some of its earliest Alphas. I helped bug hunt. I WANTED this game to succeed originally. I've long since given up.
It's up to us to keep it going through mods and so forth as it looks like no more official content is coming.
