Ultrawide support?

I bought Spirit of the North and I’m really disapointed that the game cannot work in ultrawide ratio 32:9 ! The resolution is on the menu 3840x1080, but staying always with 2 big black box !
I test many games AAA or indie and many worked in ultrawide !

There are work-arounds but it's a pain in the butt. The game is also locked at 60fps now. It used to support different resolutions and framerates, but a patch undid it since the same files are used for the console releases. I've already talked to the developers and suggested possible fixes and they say that they are working on it, but keep in mind that they are in the middle of development for their next game so it may take some time to resolve.
