How do you get past the gates in the tutorial?

When I play through the tutorial it won't let me past the gates (after you kill the second guy). I'm wondering if this is a fault in the game or if you have to do something else before the gates will open.

It's a bug with the current version of Manhunt that's available, what I did was found an older version of the .exe and then used Manhunt patcher, which worked perfectly.

It's because you have Windows 7 or Vista or XP.

Yeah if someone could upload a working .exe that would be great because I am also experiencing this problem and can't find a working .exe.

Just want to reiterate how frustrating it is that we have to find a .exe file of the game, which I'm pretty sure is illegal, to make the game that I PAID for, work.

and i went to download the patch and it keeps saying im missing something to make it run this is stupid

here is the fix for manhunt you have to hit save after that it should go to your windows downloads then copy and past on to a blank part were your manhunt exe folder is then its going to tell you if you want it to replace it with the new manhunt exe and say yes to that thats how every body is going to fix there manhunt trouble for life here is the link to the working manhunt exe on top of this righting is the instructions: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/882811/manhunt.exe

http://steamcommunity.com/app/12130 guys check that out, it worked for me!!! i opened "my computer", scanned the word "manhunt" and opened the file that showed up. then followed the instructions and it all worked on my Windows 8.1 :D (i also scanned the zip before and after unzipping and no viruses found!!!) try it out guys! it works and i am over excited to play the game!!

I put the .exe in compatibility moed (xp service pack3).
Also i dind't kill the 2nd guy but sneaked behind him and entered the gate before it closed again.
It worked....for now..
Do you know guys if its only the turoial gates bugged or the whole came is not compatible with w7?
I am still in time for a refund, what should i do?

Nevermind just crashed again 10 meters after the gate
