I know because i tried that version in the past and all the text was in Russian.
I'm pretty cautious and normally do not purchase games from these markets due to what I hear about revoked keys and stolen credit card information.
How would buying here be different? Have you purchased the game from Kinguin?
I'm asking because I am conflicted here. I still want to play the game, but I don't know what method I should use anymore to acquire it.
I got the game (setup file) + online code in a private message, worked as a charm, I was able to activate it online. I bought other games or softwares too without any issue (Sea of Thieves, Windows 10 Pro code (no problem with the activation/windows updates, i use it on my second computer since 4-5 years), Pure for Steam (ATV racing game from Disney), 2 old Rainbox Six games, Leisure Suit Larry bundle (1 to 6) and many more.
I use paypal, so no credit card issues and even my account is 2F protected
I prefer Kinguin over g_2_a
