Downloaded. Installed. Playing now :D

To add to steam library, click add a game at the bottom of your library screen, check Manhunt 2 and add. It pops into your library with the usual play button as the shortcut to launch the game.

Im not American. Im from the UK. (Potentially from a soon to be split UK if Sturgeon gets her way).

Yeah. I wasn't even attempting to give a solution. I was verifying that the link works in the UK.
