Will Manhunt Steam key work on Australian Steam Accounts?

My assumption that it would work because I redeemed Risen Steam key a few months back and it worked however with Saints Row 4 Steam key not redeeming as uncensored on Australian Steam Accounts, I may be wrong about it.

The game works perfectly as long as you install Windows 7 patch for the game. By the way, there going to be a massive Steam sale coming around this week so and there's a chance Amazon will sell Manhunt 1 & 2 for $3. That's how I got the game on Steam.
