manhunt windows 8.1 patch

Well i used the 2.1 patch and when i started i kill 2 guys and the door wont open. Well i found a solution for that but when i got the painkiller it just crashes. Could you help me guys ?

download the ZIP and drag the contents called "link.exe, Manhunt Fix.bat, mspdb80.dll, patchrun.bat" into you're Manhunt folder.
Once the "link.exe, Manhunt Fix.bat, mspdb80.dll, patchrun.bat" is in the Manhunt folder run Manhunt Fix.bat and another command prompt will show up, press enter.
Now try to run the patch it pretty smooth. Check discussions if you have any problems like me.

The "Manhunt" folder you're taking about is the save file, right?

go to steam,steamapps,common,manhunt and place the fix there and then run manhuntfix and then a command prompt will show up and then press enter and so it should work
