They cared more about even the PSP audience than PC. The fact that it never got a Steam release was never surprising to me.
It must of sold well enough to do a 2nd game though, i remember everybody was talking about it when it came out. Also some people were blaming manhunt for a murder/s that happened, high age rating, and your right banned in places.
I got it on my PSP, need to play through it again to know for sure if the game is worse than the first one. First one i enjoyed.
Yeah, hopefully they get around to actually caring about their older games again.
I was just curious to know about why the PC port was much less desired by Rockstar
Receiving an Adults Only rating, causing it to be removed from stores and at that time, Steam would not sell AO rated games.
Rockstar censored the kills in an attempt to get a M rating, and the game was sold briefly through Amazon and Rockstar's own store. But it never appeared on Steam.
It has since been delisted everywhere.
The annoyance that now Steam sells basically porn. But Manhunt 2 is still not available.
