NPC problem

I haven't any problem with crashes or something like that because I've already fixed the dll and the exe files. but for some strange reason NPCs are glitched. I get stuck in the game when I have to kill someone to continue (like in the 2nd scene, when the hunter comes in the blood-splattered room). Due to this, I've pasted a new savegame of the third scene in the game skipping the second and the problem seemed finally vanquished, but when I got to pick the gasoline for the crane all the enemies in the area were totally paralyzed: they didn't recognized me or attacked me. This is very annoying, I don't know what to do. Any solution for this issue?

You should download Bandicam(it's a program like fraps).Then go to the program settings,to FPS menu and set it "always in 60 fps" or smthng it will work,Now I can play on win 10
