Can't change the controls in Manhunt 2?

Don't know where else to put this, even though this page is for the first Manhunt.

Basically I got Manhunt 2 from oldgamesdownload.com, and while going through the main menu, I noticed I couldn't change the keybinds in the controls section, it just shows what the keybinds are. I tried clicking, pressing enter, space, my whole keyboard but nothing happens. Does anybody that owns Manhunt 2 know if this is an intentional design or a bug?

You can't change the binds in MH2.
