Manhunt Controller Support
Manhunt was also a release on the PS2 and original Xbox. Wouldn't it be possible to rip and port the controller configuration files from the console discs to the pc? I know the GTA series has a similar mod for the original trilogy (III, Vice City, San Andreas)

You can use Joy2Key if you really want to play with a controller. It's a program that allows a gamepad to emulate keyboard and mouse input.

I already set it up using the steam links built in controller mapper, which is not that bad. However, doing some more research. it seems possible. but I would need more time.
