Manhunt Please READ

I recently bought this because I had never played it and thought it would be fun after I was able to download the gate fix patch and installing it all seemed well until I got to the end of the level doorway into hell. After the 1 on 1 fight with the hood the door opens and and as soon as it does if I walk through it the game crashes. I am using windows 10 by the way . Is there any way I can fix this to play this amazing title ? Because at the moment I'm very disappointed.

Still haven't had any luck finding another patch...

I have the same problem and it looks like there is only one way to fix it for now: install previous version of Windows 10.
