This might help you: https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/manhunt

The Frontend zip isn't necessary, all you need is the fix zip. The dll that comes with it should fix the problem up.

Can't really blame the dev for not thinking 5 or 10 years into the future, at least Manhunt aint 16 bit, or esle it could be worse.

Well desperados team actually went in and patched their game to work on a new machine. There IS fixed out there, the team could just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ take 1 hours of their time to fix it for actual paying customers. Or they should not have the game on here.

Im not saying they should thought about this in 2004. But ROCKSTAR is still present and can do this NOW. Understand? :-) Like i said Desperados team did this this year for a 15 year old game.

You are acting as Rockstar is only one doing this, now sure there are devs that go back to their old games and patch them, but many like Rockstar don't do that, that and its Manhunt, single second a bloody trigger happy guy sees this on news or hears about it again its gonna go to ♥♥♥♥ like it did back then, except maybe worse.

Its just a 10 minute patch, not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FHD remake im asking for.
I still think that if you sell a game in 2019 on a online based store like steam (or soon 2020) the game should at least work on a modern computer. IF not, DONT have it on OR have it for free.

Hey it worked on Modern PC's when it first came to Steam, sure we could use that random after 15 year patch like GTA IV had it, but it might also create more problems too.

Yeah, I absolutely can. This is a game they are still selling to this day. Don't want to push support then don't sell it. They can still make it available for download like they did the original GTA titles. But selling a game which REQUIRES fan fixes to play is wrong.

Well it didn't require it back when it was launced on steam, besides, you are all acting like Rockstar is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible here, at least they bother to patch even if it breaks their games something, unlike say pretty much any dev that doesn't have their game on Steam, or GOG for that matter, like NFS.
EDIT:Old ones, id put things like Castle Strike but thats... from a software company...
