Silly me - sorry - I wasn't paying attention enough - After doing what you said my Google results indicate I should press Shift+O to access the Console where the cheats go.

Fair enough. I guess I just got a little intimidated at first when I saw the combat, I hadn't read the game description all the way through when I played it first so I was surprised. In retrospect, it's actually a nice touch and it adds to my contention that this game is actually a bit under priced compared to what some of the similar titles on Steam ask for price-wise

Ha! Ha! Fair point. Actually the reference to Hell is because plain "Snuffles" was taken when I signed up on Steam and because the first game I got from Steam way back when was Doom BFG edition.

You must train is spite of all the events unfolding around you. Don't use auto combat to gain proficiency. When you have enough coin you should buy armor first.... then have a bath... or go to the temple...

Thanks for the cheats. The combat is pretty terrible.
