Stretched Screen Display

I just booted up GTA SA earlier today and when I saw the loading screen, it was streched horizontally compared to its normal display format, and this issue continues in-game. Everything has a streched look to it and makes the game look slightly off. I tried changing it to widescreen, but that did not work, for it made the display look just as unusual. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, do you know how to fix it?

I am having the same problem.

Try to go in your GPU (or CPU If you havent a GPU) control pannel.
Normaly in resolution setting you can select If you want to stretch fullscreen software
