Stuck on a Just Business [SOLVED]

So I'm doing the mission called Just Business by Big Smoke and I get past the first part of the mission just fine where I'm killing the russians but as soon as I get on the bike I can't shoot. I can move the mouse around but click as much as I want and the gun doesn't fire. And obvioiusly I then fail the mission. Whats up with this? Anyone else had this problem?

Nope. Didn't use any cheats :c Is it possible that I'm running out of ammo right away? It doesn't let me switch to my pistol either and doesn't show the ammo remaining either, just the logo for the SMG while I'm on the bike which makes me think its supposed to be unlimited ammo for the mission but I'm not sure. Also nice name.

I've tried it about 4 times now, I remember vice city had tons of problems with the mouse not working and sometimes it would be able to move but not click, and I've heard of that happening in SA, so maybe my clicking just isn't working? I noticed that when I paused the game after being unable to shoot and tried to click return to game, I couldn't I had to hit enter. shift+tabing in and out didnt fix it though like it did for VC and usually does for most steam games with mouse problems.

Yeah haven't figured it out yet, pretty sure its my mouse that has stopped working half way through the mission (can't click in menus and can't shoot so thats probably it). Know of any fixes? On w8 if that makes any difference.

try pressing shift+tab then pressing shift+tab again when the problem occurs.

I tried this before because you had to do this a lot when playing vice city, now and then in SA, but it didn't fix it.

Man, that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission. Ended up jumping the bike onto the train to beat that one.

Here's a video of how to do it, took me two tries but got it on the second time. Managed to kill all but 2 while on the train then fell off drove up beside it and Big Smoke got the remaining ones.

Hah. Glad to help. Rather ironic that that is one of the hardest missions in all of the gta franchise. One where you just have to follow a train xD.

just use Rocketman cheat and kill them yourself...

Yup, LMB always stopped working halfway through the mission and was never able to fix that but the ctrl key also conviently fires your weapons so I was able to use it rather than clicking to beat the mission.
