You do not press any type of button. If you are playing the campaign of the game, just go on google and search, "Gta sa cheats for pc" which tells you what keys to press (in-game) to unlock the cheats. If you are playing the multiplayer version, just ask another player because the content of cheats will be inputted differently depending on how the game is set up by the host.
