it's a part of the game engine. I remember it had it in the original XBOX version as well. It's a throwback to the times when cars were like that in '92-'96. hoopties man, hoopties, haha

No, this definetly is not normal... I dont remember it on PS2, I'm not talking about hydraulics, rear of the car keeps moving left/right along the rear axis. Occurs only with Smoke's car and very few others.... I got used to it now :P

No it shouldn't happen. Though, you just need to turn on the frame limiter (if you turned it off that is).

It might be because of the update, or as what chinese symbols says, Maybe the frame limiter. It doesnt affect your driving or car handling though.

Since you bumped it already...
It's not because of the update. It's because of disabled frame limiter, just like 75% of the issues people report here.

you bumped a reaaaaaally old post. Anyway it was fixed (wasn't frame limiter, forgot what the issue was).

nobody wants to play in 20 FPS. Is there a patch or a dll file that forces frame limiter to run at 60, 75, 120 or 144 FPS?
Silent Mar 17, 2017 @ 1:03pm
It's 30FPS, not 20FPS. And even at 60FPS you're still gonna have those issues.

still going on for me. playing the geme as i type this. turning on frame limiter works, but im not going to play something on 23fps that normally can run it at 113 constantly, without crossfire enabled. is there a .cfg file somewhere to set what fps the game caps it at? maybe a launch command? i have no idea. just looking for help.

Thanks.
