Badlands! Slow loading grass patches!

I have 4x draw distance and stream fix.

I have no problems with buildings and textures not loading.. it runs great but the grass patches loads like 3 car lengths ahead of me. It really bugs me. i want the grass patches to be loaded way ahead of time like everything else.

Any ideas?

i can put the fx quality to low and get rid of most grassy patches but id rather not do that. Even if i do the few grassy patches left still load slow. Rocks also load slow going up the mountain.

Thats the only thing loading slow though. building, roads, vehicles, everything else loads just fine.
