GTA Freezing.

I am having a lot of trouble with my game freezing. I have no mods installed, but it will freeze at moments such as if i click "new game". It also freezes when I try to close the pause menu. Any solutions?

I have a problem when I open the menu many times my mouse doesn't work or it freeze and it shows me a black screen. maybe that is your problem or maybe not.

I don't think I was specific enough. I did have the mouse problem, but i could fix that. Everything was working completely fine, until I installed ENB. Once I did that, the game started freezing if I tried to load, or start a new game. So, I unistalled the game COMPLETELY, then reinstalled it, but the problem was not fixed. I don't know why. What I am now trying to figure out is, could something I have installed on my computer, such as a certain program, cause my GTA to freeze like this.
