CLEO 3 & MODS ? ANYONE?

so i remember the mods like clothes, pedestrians, weapons, vehicles and edit maps.... but what i forgoten is cleo 3 library and its skin selector.... whenever i try to instal cleo 3 says that the gta san andreas directory is incorrect, so if anyone knows guys help would be apriciated! thank you!

i had no trouble installing cleo 4, and the mods should still work.

skin selector? and one more thing... is it usual for gta sa too well it killed my pc somehow... it froze 5 times while i was playing gta sa and then blue screen of death so was it the mods or game it self?
