Question about CJ

I were messing around with cheats,i used the fat cheat,it said (you may get heart attack),how and what happens?

when your fat you get tired, and fat CJ can only run for a shot time before he looses health. and there are some missions witch you cant do when your too fat.

Do you not know how a heart attack works? The heart won't get enough energy, when it can't support you, it will collapse and you will have problems surviving.

Still, that event actually never happens in game. You don't lose health when sprinting for too long either. It's a GTA V feature.
