Dance Mini-Games Impossible!

I'm stuck on the low rider mission and the beach party one because the mini game is (practically) broken! I hit the notes at the right time, but I only hit a note correctly occasionally. Is there any fix for this? (I've heard it's easier on the console version).

Is your frame limiter turned off? Uncapped framerates can really screw with the timing of the buttons. Other than that the dance mini-games are known to be pretty hell on the PC version.

Are you using a controller? I did and find out that the keyboard works better on those 2 missions.

I am also stuck on lowriders one, i will try turning the frame limiter on

I found that up is down and vice versa (when it shows the down arrow you need to press number 8 and when it shows the up arrow you need to press the number 2), that's for lowrider.

The same applies to dance missions, this time is with the arrows intstead numbers.

I put my sis on to get passed them for me xD. only took her 30 mins to pass both of them... Just take a bit of practice I guess.

It's pretty easy after you figure out up and down are opposite.

eh, I had to change the keys because of 60% keyboard

I tried again with xbox 360 controller and frame limiter on and it is still hard as a ♥♥♥♥ ! I didn't manage to beat the low rider mission

I just commented on a discussion about the Cesar Vielpando (or whatever is his name lol) mission. This was it:

"I don't really know a way to skip the mission without downgrading the game, but i can give you two tips. These i learned while suffering to pass that mission.

1st: change the buttons that control the hydraulics to the arrows (or WASD), and then change the UP control to the DOWN arrow, and the DOWN control to to the UP arrow. Because they are inverted in that mission. That will make possible to pass it.

2nd: that type of mission is incredibly horrible. You are gonna have to press the correct button not just in the circle, but when it is in the middle of it. Press the button whenever the arrow is in the middle of the circle.

That's it, i passed through it with those two things. I hope i've helped."

Those two tips are about the lowrider mission. The second one has to be used on the beach party mission too.

Turning off the frame rate limiter on my Steam Deck was the trick for me. I was getting so frustrated because I had passed this easily multiple times before on other platforms.
