Can't execute error Sa-mp launcher HELP

Hello I been trying to figure out why the sa-mp launcher doesn't want to work with error can't execute please help me fix it

SA-MP does not run with steam version of game. You should downgrade your game to v1.0 and then try again.
Also, I recommend Silent Patch :)

Do not install the silent patch to play though,
I also suggest MTA, Do not judge it by its cover,

it was better in opinion after I tried it

Why do you not like Silent Patch (just curious)?

As for MTA and SAMP - both have pros and cons, although I have spent less time with MTA. It seems SAMP's more popular too but you are right: don't choose something just because the majority says it's good.

Last time I checked, it wasn't crashing. People report the most recent version works too.
