you mistake rudeness with comming straight to the point and i dont want interpretive answers.
so are nexus mods now compatible with the DE?
are there good "must have" mods?
Maybe... Still, you didn't went straight to the point with your questions which were (are) barely understandable.
If understand correctly, you want to know if DE mod is compatible with other mods so - if that's the case - my answer is: you shouldn't have any problem by running the DE mod (per se) and installing additional ones if you want since the DE mod is a mod; however, it might be not compatible with certain mods so it is a try and failure thing.
