The mission Robbing Uncle Sam is glitchy. Here's why:

-Sometimes Ryder dies in 2 secs
-Sometimes the crates doesnt go in the truck
-Sometimes the forklift doesnt appear
-Sometimes the mission doesnt appear

yeah man sorry to say the whole game is bugged. I had a quest critical guy ignore me trying to get him to enter my car. Had to restart

Do you have frame limiter off? if so turn it on see if that fixes it, and keep it on since a lot of other stuff can happen if its off. Also mods can be the cause if you have those.

I have this same issue. I finally robbed Uncle Sam and now I can't find the new mission anywhere, so I drove home and saved the game. Now I keep coming back and loading the game and I can't find the next mission! I don't think I threw all the crates out on my way back somebody mentioned that and I didn't kill all the soldiers either I killed all but one. I'll go do it again and try throwing away all the crates and killing all the soldiers.

I finished San Andreas 3 times in 100%, never had any trouble with this or other missions.
