Can't take screenshots?

I recently reinstalled the game, and now I can't take screenshots. I've tried changing the shortcut key but it still won't work. Any suggestions?

Did the Steam access thingy pop-out right in the corner? If not, that's probably why.

go into your steam settings. and check if its on.

Yes, I can still use the steam overlay just fine.
