xbox controller triggers

ok i got the dxinput thing so that i can use the xbox controller but the brake and accelerate is "A" and "X" i want to use the triggers to break and accelerate is there another dxinput.dll file or something that make it so i can use the triggers?

With newsteam (recent Steam SA version), you can remap the keys in Control Settings yourself. However, the triggers are not pressure sensitive so they're not that useful for throttle control.

If you want proper control support (pressure sensitive triggers, vibration, button prompts, mouse/joy camera switching automatically), you could try getting GInput, which in order requires downgradnig the game to 1.0 (you lose nothing - you get removed songs back and more mods supporting this version). i have already downgraded my steam version to 1.0 i have the ginput thing where it shows the actual xbox buttons on screen. i just wnat to bne able to use the xbox triggers on pc
