Maad Dog mission keeps crashing :(

I need help solving the Madd Dog mission in Las Venturas, I read online and it sayd that the reason for the constant crashing is beacuse of the riot cheat. I recall using it once beacuse I was testing the cheat menu mod,saving it for when I finished the game, but I didn't saved the game with it.

I also read that the giltch can be avoided by freezing the NPCs, but I don't know how to do it.

Is it beacuse of the mod?
If yes or no how do I freeze the NPCs?

No matter when you do the riot cheat before the mad dogg mission lv even if you don't save that cheat breaks a line of code. I don't know how to fix it but I do know what the cheat does but don't know how to fix it.

yup using riot cheat at one point ♥♥♥♥♥ up this mission and burning desire too

you can go into the game files and delete the fact you ever activated it and fix the code try to search on a GTA SA specific forum instead of steam forums people there know the answer to this as it is fixable
