Can't play in full screen. And i'm so confused as to how i'm supposed to

While this may not solve your problem you could try installing silent patch, remember to make a backup copy first

Decompress them with winrar and paste the contents on your GTA SA folder, if that doesnt work try downgrading https://dl1.rockstarnexus.com/gta/sa/GTASA_12-9-14_Steam_to_V1_DG.exe from a fresh install

As always you can ask for a refund and put Technical Issue as the reason

You ll have to downoald and install the downgrader https://dl1.rockstarnexus.com/gta/sa/GTASA_12-9-14_Steam_to_V1_DG.exe (dont worry, its pretty safe) , then make a backup of the downgraded version and keep it safe so everytime you screw up you wont have to redownoald and downgrade over again.

For starters i recommend Mix Sets, it has a lot of neat functions, you can increase the vehicle density, pedestrian density, disable motion blur, etc ;the original downoald was very confusing so i uploaded the files to my drive account:
First install Cleo: http://cleo.li/cleo4/CLEO4_setup.exe (its safe as well), once finished open GTA SA and check on the bottom left Cleo, then paste these two files on the cleo folder on your GTA SA folder

Since its your first pc its not bad to buy a prebuilt, but if you are interested on Pc Gaming(with all its advantages and disadvantages) you may want to build one yourself.


Edit:Here is a screenshot of my modded GTA SA, notice the amount of pedestrians and traffic and the terrible cars to optimize performance(im on a 2006 pc)
