Is there a mod that restores the original 'hot coffee' without the added extras like girlfriends always available or all areas opened up at beginning?

Hi,
Is there a mod that only restores the original 'hot coffe' and does nothing else? I found two versions of the Hot Coffe mod but they both have extras I don't want in the game.

Savegame editors or trailers can do that as I remember but with this version, they are not naked. You should downgrade the game to 1.0 first I think. It's not a big thing actually, once you've seen it, u will turn it off because the minigame is very hard. One mission is almost unfinishable.

I have an ISO that installs vanilla 1.0 US release. But the no-cd crack for it is v1.1.
And it can't be much harder than 'Fire And Lap' or 'The 90°'.
