Anyway how to get your deleted save file back?

ok so as usual, am a 100% completionist. This game has been on my nerves since first of all it takes a hell lot of time to get 100%. I was stuck in toreno's mission and i was doing side missions. There are like plenty of side missions and some of them are infinite hard like Stadium Events, Trucking (being chased by cops), Import & export (which takes so so so so much time), hardcore challenge like chillad & NRG 500, plenty of collectibles etc. I have done some of them and i was doing dirt track and it was even harder as well. So while doing this side mission and whenever i used to fail, i used to just go back to my save file and start from there since i had saved it near the house which i have bought over there. But while i was doing this instead of pressing 'load game', i had pressed 'delete game' and i did so fast cause i was already pissed and angry that i had pressed delete game and rushed it to actually deleting the save. To be honest, i really don't have the capacity to re start the whole game again since it is so difficult and this game is time consuming. Is there anyway how to get the deleted file back, pls help. I rlly do not want to start the whole game again

There are file utilities, which can recover deleted files. Don't use your computer now, you will have a better chance to recover the file because it will be gone forever if some other program writes to the place where the file was.

what file utilities? But isn't there anyway to get it back? I can't spend another 3 weeks in this game and some of the them are hard to do and i have mentioned in my post. I had completed GTA 3, GTA Vice City, GTA IV (with liberty city expansion) & GTA V. This is the only game remaining for me to complete 100% but there are like so many contents to do if i want to get 100%. Isn't there anyway to recover deleted file back? I can't spend a lot of time in this game and my eyes are red.
