ModLoader Crash

Hello, there has probably been a post about this already but anyways, I have tried to mod the game with around 25 mods, they all work as they should however, whenever I start the mission "Life's a beach", 2 minutes into the mission the game crashes with this error:

Everything worked perfctly until this mission. I have not messed about with files before this crash.
I cannot find the option to turn off auto mod update anywhere so I'm stuck looking for a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I have this exact situation. I've even reinstalled the game with minimal mods that aren't terribly big or intrusive but I can't pinpoint what is causing this crash.
Please anyone help as I can't progress through the story with this bug/issue.

Found a solution, instead of driving to the beach party simply walk/run to the party, it stopped by game from crashing! From then on just proceed with the mission as usual.
