Reuniting the Families cutscene game crash

When I play the mission "Reuniting the Families" my game always crash at the point where the cop gets slaughtered by the helichopter. How can I fix that? I've no skins/mods installed.

Try opening the game without Steam/use Win 200/XP SP2 comptibility

26fps is annoying to play with, but causes certain issues in gameplay if you aren't using it.

Meh, it just breaks physics, and diving, not once have i seen reports of it crashing the game; it also incorrectly limits it to 25 instead of 30 which makes frametimes really bad unless you are on a 75-100 H monitor
