2. try increasing your graphics (or enabling/ disabling the frame limiter depending whether you need a higher FPS)
3. increase draw distance.
1. Install GTA SA from Steam
2. Download downgrader to 1.0
3. Execute the downgrader.exe and check all mod boxes(except MP ones), then click on downgrade.
5. Copy vehicles Fix mod into modLoader
4. Execute the game downgraded
Everything in the menus and intro seems okay. But when you start a new game everything has some type of blurry effect around it. Here is a video where you can see it, it isn't mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuitAC23MPw
You can clearly see from the beggining Carl is blurred. It never happened to me before but with previous installations I modded it myself, not using the downgrader checkboxes, so I thought it had to be that or one of the new 2 mods I used: SkyGFX or Project 2DFX. I tried reinstall without SkyGFX first and it worked. All other mods are working right and the blurry effect is gone.
So, I think there has to be a problem with SkyGFX mod, or there is some sort of configuration you have to do that I am not aware of. In any case, if this happens just try reinstalling without SKYGFX mod.
