Redefine controls crash

when i click on redefine controls and click on foot controls or veichle controls the game crashes, i have another game file of gta san andreas of this game and it doesnt crash. Also my game is downgraded to version 1.0 and has mods such as cleo mods

Sounds like you're using Wesser's widescreen fix, which iirc crashes here. Use ThirteenAG's plugin which relies on Wesser's fix and corrects numerous errors introduced by the (rather poorly tested) stock plugin.

Thanks it worked, the only thing it replaces the dlls for the asi loader i was using

I feel like crap bumping an old thread, but I'm having this exact same issue & have both widescreen fixes installed to no avail. Also the widescreen fix causes missing audio during cutscenes.
