Long loading times, new to GTA SA modding

I have lighty modded the game and everything works fine until it gets to some transitions where it just stays on a black screen. I have no clue what to do

I've had a "similar" problem where the game loads fine, but when it is done loading, i get a black screen and that's it plus if i alt+f4 out of it, my desktop background is completely black, and i can only see programs i recently had open. I haven't modded it or anything, but i'm going to try to downgrade the game which might be whats causing your problem

naa that's not my problem, for me it only sometimes when entering a mission or build gets stuck on the loading screen and sometimes i have to wait 10 mins just to load.

That's kind of what I was talking about, except it happened to me at the start of the game, you've already changed the compatibility, right? If so, then try running it as an administrator. If you've already done that, I'm not exactly sure what else to do.

ok i think i managed to fix it, just by enabling frame limiter. But now the game is hurting my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ eyes, also it has seem to have made the aiming more smooth

Well thats good to hear, though I'm also new to gta sa modding so I won't know much about modding, but I hope that you fixed it.
