Can't swim underwater
I don't know why, but I can't swim underwater and the normal swim is too slow. When I press the button to underwater CJ just doesn't do. And he swim too slow. The real problem is that I need to improve the lung capacity to start the mission "amphibious assault".
Any fix?

By the default keyboard settings, you should first click CTRL button to dive under the sea, then you should aim to the bottom of the sea, by pressing LSHIFT and UP, to stay there as long as possible.

Or exercise... or driving :)

It's probably just easier to get used to the frame limiter in all honesty.

OMG THANK YOU! This game is horribly ported, by the way. Fun though...

I don't understand what people have against the Frame Limiter... its not like the game is unplayable with it on.

Uhhh it makes a huge difference for people playing the game on a 144hz monitor. Older games are great candidates for fast refresh rate monitors as they're easier to render at higher frame rates. The fact that leaving the frame limiter off is actually detrimental to the gameplay shows that this is a horribly done port.

Nice necro.
Para el que no sepa ingles, solo hay que habilitar el limite de cuadros por segundo, una vez lo hayas hecho, podras sumergirte en el agua :steamhappy:

The problem with the 3D gta games is that the gameplay is tied to the FPS. vehicles are slower on uncapped FPS. Some racing games in GTA 3 and Vice City are impossible to do with frame uncapped. Same with swimming under water.
