Can't install Samp on windows 11

I'm having a hard time getting samp to install to my folder. I've searched youtube and google but the only thing I'm finding are tutorials on how to fix once it's installed. When I got to install the game, the "install" button is greyed out and can't be clicked. Any help?

Hi, try disabling antivirus while SAMP is installed.

You can't use SAMP with steam version of GTA:SA.

Yes you can. I"ve been playing samp on my steam version

They're wrong. You just gotta download a cracked version.
