GTA San Andreas Cesar Vialpando
I've run into a problem with GTA San Andreas. Trouble starts with the story mission "Cesar Vialpando". As soon as the lowriding begins, a frame limiter kicks in, limiting the fps rate to 26 fps. The problem is, it becomes impossible to get the timing right. Of course I disabled the fps limiter in the options. Doesn't change anything... As soon as the lowriding begins, a frame limiter kicks in, limiting the fps rate to 26 fps... How can I disable the fps limiter for good?

I'm not sure, but I'm sorry you're going through this and I hope you can somehow resolve this issue soon :)

That's not helpful, lol. But thanks anyways!

PS: I'm trying to complete this damn mission for hours now, but to no avail. I just can't get the timing right...

I did it! I finally did it! It was close, but I did it! Holy f*u*c*k*i*n*g s*hi't!!!

I don't know what's more of a pain in the a*s*s, completing this mission or shoving a scissors up your a*s*s... probably the latter, lol

PS: I'd still like to know how to get rid of the fps limiter nonsense during lowriding events.

I have a similar problem, I can neither install a mod nor run a save file. I think downgrade is required.

That's not a similar problem. In fact, it's a complete different problem.

There is a problem I have noticed with my own game - the up & down keys are inverted on the guide that shows at the bottom of the screen for that mission. So when it's an up arrow, you need to press down and vice-versa. The left and right keys remain as normal.

I was trying to beat this mission with the same theory that the frames were not right and it turned out this was the real problem. The game is just so lenient with the scoring that it says "good" even when you are pressing completely the wrong keys. It's still possible to beat the CPU even pressing the wrong buttons, but once I changed around the up/down keys, I was beating the CPU by thousands of points every time.

Maybe it will work for someone here. I don't have any of the controls set to inverted, it was just that one mission and the dancing missions work fine with the normal controls.
