Report a translation problem
The problem with HD textures is that they're too HD for this game, if that makes sense. Not mentioning that they fill up the memory limit rather quickly. On top of that if you're using something like Beta Leftovers or similar mod that alters or fixes textures and that needs to overwrite whatever HD mod you have installed to take effect, you'll get HD textures sprinkled with low-quality ones here and there.
The only one I'd use is Insanity's Vegetation Light.
