GTA SA with Windows 11

So guys, I have some problems with my San Andreas. When I launch the game It says to install DirectPlay, I hit the "Install" button, after that It will say "The following feature was successfully installed" and "You might need to restart apps that require this feature" and the I close the windows and after that It will appear a new window (that's common) "GTA San Andreas requires at least DirectX version 9.0" I mean I have RTX 2060 laptop and this game requires DirectX version, I have installed in my pc btw. I don't know what to do is ve-very annoying

that's the easiest fix that i can think of

yeah I solve it somehow but, I have some problems with my audio it's to low. For me It's just fine because It's more for SAMP
