Flickering Screen
I just started up GTA: SA for the first time in like a week, and as it was loading, the screen kept flickering and different size black bars would appear and begin to flicker. After fiddling with the settings, I figured out how to stop it, all I did was enable the 'Frame Limiter' setting. Now the flickering may be gone, but it is unbearable to play the game with frame limiter on and I was wondering, does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice now.
All of my drivers are up to date.
I cleared the game's cache.
I have also verified the game's integrity.

All of my other Steam games work fine, it's just GTA: SA.

I do not personally own this game, I have family sharing enabled and I installed the game from my friend's account, I would prefer not to purchase the game...unless it is my last resort.

If anyone can give me any input, it would be greatly appreciated! :steamhappy:

I just uploaded a video of the issue, here is the link: https://youtu.be/ChudE_Hke0s

EDIT: Frame limiter no longer fixes this issue.

Woah, wait a second, the YouTube video doesn't show what's going on...I am so confused, I will upload a video via my phone and post it to the discussion.

In the graphics settings, use a 32-bit resolution. In the video, your settings show a 16-bit resolution. The resolution you want is 1920x1080x32, not 1920x1080x16.

Also, it's better to have a 4:3 resolution with widescreen disabled - 16:9 resolutions with widescreen enabled limit your FOV.
