When is it coming to Steam. I heard it will only be available on Rockstar Launcher.

the builds are on steam and getting updated, i would expect them to appear a few weeks/months after the RGS release like it was with Red Dead 2

they will never release the remaster on steam because it would get review bombed and everybody would just refund that crap.
