I got call form Woozie that he wants the keycard so I movedto my Girlfirend. I enterred pizzeria becuase I though I need to steal after i get enough progress with her, she disliked date and took her home. after 3 days she nevere came back home and I got stuck forever.

You'll have to try other missions in the game then come back.

I've heard most people had to wait until "Vertical bird" for this bug to fix itself.

Just for clarity is she even still shown in the map or in your statistics as a girlfriend?

If yes and it's just "your girlfriend is not at home, try again later", then it's the bug which straightens out after the mission I mentioned.
