Cesar Vialpando mission bug

When I get to the part at Unity Station and start using the lowrider controls, the game keeps telling me I'm using the wrong key when I am clearly not. EX: It will say Left, I press left (Using default controls btw) and it will say "Bad", "Too late", or "Too early" even though I press the correct key when the arrow is in the circle. Help me pleaseeeee.

You have to use keyboard NUMPAD ( 2 4 6 8 ).

+ I have noticed that when you have to press UPWARD, you actually need to press 2 and vice versa, on arrow down you press 8.

So your telling me i have to go left when it says right and down when it says up? Is this a joke? Who the hell thought of this?

The controls emulate a PS2 setup.

It'll be special look for vehicles which are bound to numpad by default and can be changed in-game via settings.

You could also enable the in-game frame limiter if you're still struggling with it.

As far as I remember as well, the timing window and key delay is a game version thing.

The frame limiter I always keep on because if I turn it off, all hell brakes loose. When I change the keys, it still says I'm wrong and missing the moves.

Is this for real? I'm also getting the same issue...

Try going to the guides section and looking at the top rated ones, pick one and follow it through it's basically updates for the game to run smoother on modern machines

When you pull into Unity Station line up to the red marker but don't go in it. At this point, change your "special" numpad key movement controls (2,4,6,8) to the arrow keys. Move into the red marker with "w" and begin the challenge.
In GTASA v 1.0 the music is not synchronized so you're stuck with visual.

Yeah the up and down buttons are switched in this mission. When the game says to press up you need to press down, vice versa. It just happens on this mission, the dancing mission is working alright.

you can just swap 2 and 8 in the game keyboard settings
