Car mod glitch?

When I enter the car mod. (either transfender or wheel arch angels )
The door open but I can't enter the car mod menu.(like picture)
My car stop in the red circle but nothing happens
And the game didn't show any hint.

So I think I counter a ridiculous problem.
The game is clean without any mods.
Any idea?

That's probably a car that can't get modded, though you ought to have had a pop-up stating this.

But it also happen in wheel arch angels
And my car is jester,I pretty sure this car can get modded,I used to mod one before.
