Play at a higher framerate?
Is it possible to play at 120fps and beat the game without issues?

At 120+ FPS no, you can't. However, you can play the game bug free at 60 FPS with Framerate Vigilante mod installed.

no

at 45 FPS the aiming starts to get off, the car physics start to brake, you cannot dive anymore, swimming gets slower, parachuting gets faster, the train gets faster

at 100FPS cars start to shake and constantly brake, cutscenes tend to crash the game a lot

at 200+ FPS you cannot really aim anymore, you can barely swim at all anymore, the fire extinguisher and graffity can don´t fwork anymore, the throw distance for granades molotvs, etc is completely screwed, driving cars is nearly impossible

Well it was until I got a monitor with a higher refresh rate 60fps looks like the picture show now I suggest you stay at 60 hertz or you're going to hate video games because you wont achieve that amount FPS in every game

Lock the fps at 75 max and download gta sa silent patch, then you should be fine

However, one thing will be still broken. Swimming is broken if you are over 30 fps, so for swimming missions, turn ON the FPS limiter.

60 FPS isnt "bug" free as the enemies will shot you twice as much/fast and mission scripts run at twice the speed

... with Framerate Vigilante mod. Read the rest of the sentence. I finished the game with the mod at 60 FPS with no issues whatsoever.
