accidentally killed Denise..is it over?

I found a bouquet of flowers and I tried to give it to Denise but I didn't know how so I left clicked and punched her; needless to say the date was over and so I got in my car to drive away and she was just standing in front of it so I just drove over her not even thinking about it. I heard the distinct crack of her bones and a pop up said she is dead. Will she come back?

TL;DR: I accidentally ran over Denise and killed her. Will she come back?

You can't get her back since you need to do again the mission where Officer Tenpeny gives you his police car to get a molotov and set fire on a house.

Unfortunaly, you can't get it back. You can load a save before killing her or just complete the storyline without her because there will be more girlfriends
